The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR) invites public comment on, or objections to, the following NPDES Stormwater Individual Permit to be issued. Persons wishing to comment on or object to the draft permit may submit comments to Brianna Young (Attn: DEMLR Stormwater Program) during the public comment period. Written comments may be submitted to the address at end of this message.

All comments received through January 2, 2024, will be considered in the final determinations regarding permit issuance and permit provisions. Public comments may result in changes to the proposed permitting actions.

The following facility has applied a new NPDES permit to discharge stormwater from their location in Guilford County:

Hallstar Greensboro, LLC, 120 S Riverside Plaza, Suite 1620, Chicago, IL 60606 has requested new permit NCS000107 for the Hallstar Greensboro, LLC facility in Guilford County. This facility discharges to an unnamed tributary to South Buffalo Creek in the Cape Fear River Basin.

All comments should reference permit number NCS000107.
