This facility's application for the proposed facility was reviewed by the DAQ to determine compliance with the requirements of the North Carolina Environmental Management Commission air pollution regulations. This notice serves as a notice of opportunity for public comment for this proposal. The public comment period begins on September 19, 2025 and will run through October 20, 2025.
A copy of all data and the application submitted by Ecolab, Inc. and other material used by the DAQ in making this preliminary determination are available for public inspection on the NCDEQ/DAQ website or during normal business hours at the following locations:
