Purpose: To receive comments on the proposed rule revisions to 15A NCAC 02D .0401 pursuant to the Petition for Rulemaking and separately for the proposed readoption of 15A NCAC 02D .0401 and the repeal through readoption of 15A NCAC 02D .0402 through .0410, as well as the regulatory impact analysis (RIA) that encompasses both actions. These are referred to as the “Group 0” rules.
