Public Notice of the of NCS000290 (DOD-Camp Lejeune (USMC)), NCS000314 (DOD-Cherry Point (USMC Air Station)), NCS000331 (DOD-Fort Bragg and Camp MacKall(US Army)), NCS000335 (DOD-Seymour Johnson Air Force Base) Draft Renewal Permits

The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR) invites public comment on, or objections to, the following NPDES MS4 Stormwater Individual Permits to be revised and re-issued.  Persons wishing to comment on or object may submit written comments to the address to the right (Attn: DEMLR Stormwater Program) during the public comment period.  All comments received during the public comment period will be considered in the final determinations regarding permit issuance.  Public comments may result in changes to the proposed permitting actions.  All comments should reference one or more of the specific permit numbers listed below.

• NCS000290 (DOD-Camp Lejeune (USMC))

• NCS000314 (DOD-Cherry Point (USMC Air Station))

• NCS000331 (DOD-Fort Bragg and Camp MacKall(US Army))

• NCS000335 (DOD-Seymour Johnson Air Fore Base)

Draft permits and stormwater management plans will be available with this public notice announcement no later than July 28, 2021.
