The Division of Marine Fisheries will be holding a Southern Flounder Symposium on March 20, 2024. This will be a day-long event that provides an opportunity for stakeholders, researchers and North Carolina Division of Marine Fisheries staff to discuss various topics related to Southern Flounder (Paralichthys lethostigma). Though Southern Flounder represent a coast-wide stock along the south Atlantic U.S. coast, this symposium will focus on North Carolina centric research and management.
