The Division of Air Quality (DAQ) is extending the comment period on the draft permits for the two proposed Carolina Sunrock LLC facilities until June 15, 2020 at 5 p.m. and may extend further at the appropriate time.
The public hearing originally scheduled for the two proposed facilities on Tuesday, March 31, at the Caswell County Historic Courthouse has been postponed based on the current guidance to help minimize the spread of COVID-19. The public hearing’s new date, along with a time and location, will be announced at an appropriate time.
