Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR) plans to hold a public hearing on the Scott Farm Road Mine application.  The Mine application for Mining Permit No. 52-16 (Pending) is for a sand mining operation in Jones County.

The Department of Environmental Quality’s Division of Water Resources has approved authorizations for a development project proposed by Chatham Park Investors LLC and associated transportation construction project proposed by the N.C.
