The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality broke ground on its Reedy Creek Lab Campus renovation and expansion project today, a project that is expected to add new laboratory and public meeting space availability.
The State of North Carolina has made a recommendation to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) that the organization designate all 100 counties in the state as meeting a stricter federal air pollution standard set last year.
The State Water Infrastructure Authority will meet in Raleigh on Wednesday, Feb. 19, from 9 am - 3:30 pm. The public may attend in person or listen to the meeting online or by phone.
