The hearing begins at 6 p.m. Tuesday, November 17, 2026 and will be held in person at the Holly Ridge Community Center and virtually via Webex.

Sworn written comments may be submitted up to 24 hours following the conclusion of the hearing proceedings through the Onslow County Shellfish Lease Hearing Comment Form or by mail to the N.C.
