Pamlico County Shellfish Lease Hearing Speaker Registration

The N.C. Division of Marine Fisheries will hold a public hearing on a proposed shellfish water column lease in Pamlico County beginning at 6 p.m. Thursday, November 5, 2026.
The hearing will be held in person at the Patsy H. Sadler Room of the Pamlico County Courthouse, 202 Main St., Bayboro, NC 28515, and virtually via Webex.

In-Person Speakers
Members of the public who wish to provide oral comments in person must register at the hearing location between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Thursday, November 5, 2026.
In-person speakers do not need to complete the online speaker registration form.

Submitting Written Comments
Individuals who prefer to submit sworn written comments may do so separately through the Pamlico County Shellfish Lease Hearing Comment Form.
Sworn written comments may be submitted up to 24 hours following the conclusion of the public hearing.
