If a public hearing is requested, a separate notice will be published to announce the public hearing place, date, and time. Any persons wishing to comment may submit a written statement for inclusion in the record of proceedings regarding the Pre-hearing Draft of the “North Carolina Clean Air Act Section 110(l) Noninterference Demonstration for the Removal of Nitrogen Dioxide (NO₂) Emissions Control Requirements from Nitric Acid Manufacturing Plants.”
