Upcoming DMF Education/Outreach Reporting Form

DMF staff should complete the below form before participating in any education or outreach events for the purposes of outreach coordination and to ensure compliance with state policies. One person may fill out the report for all staff participants.

Before submitting this form, staff must first confirm with the event organizers that Division of Marine Fisheries participation is possible.
