Stormwater Rules Archive

The State Stormwater rules were updated and readopted as of January 1, 2017.  This page serves as an archive of older versions of the rules.  These older versions may continue to be applicable to development projects that have been built as of January 1, 2017, or that received one of the authorizations listed in Rule 15A NCAC 02H .1001(5) prior to January 1, 2017.  This includes authorizations such as building permits and site specific development plans.
