For those recreational fishing who are not able to report using a smartphone or tablet, the Division has developed a paper report card. Fishermen should download and print the card prior to their fishing trip. The paper report card must be completed at the time harvest is complete and submitted electronically by midnight the following day, or, if that day falls on a Sunday or federal holiday, by midnight of the next business day.
