Individual Certifications for NWPs

Pending Applications

North Carolina Administrative Code 15A NCAC 02H .0503 requires the Division to provide public notice of each pending application for an individual certification. This requirement is satisfied by a joint notice with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers or the Division of Coastal Management.
