Written comments regarding the proposed permit will be accepted until 30 days after the publish date of this notice. The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality’s Division of Coastal Management and the Cape Hatteras National Seashore will host an interagency work group meeting on May 24 by web conference to discuss the role of public and private insurance in addressing erosion-threatened structures. The public may listen by computer or phone.
