The Department of Environmental Quality’s State Energy Office is accepting

The North Carolina Division of Air Quality is announcing  approximately $1,118,000 in grant funding available for projects to reduce air pollution from diesel powered mobile sources. 

Applications may be submitted from Nov. 1, 2023, until Feb. 2, 2024

The purpose of this grant program is to reduce the flow of solid waste to disposal facilities and encourage the sustainable recovery of materials from North Carolina’s waste stream. To achieve that purpose, RBAC seeks viable, well-planned and effective proposals from recycling businesses in North Carolina wanting to start up or expand recovery efforts.

Restore America's Estuaries announces the availability of the 2023 National Estuary Program (NEP) Watersheds Grant Request for Proposals (RFP). The NEP Watersheds Grant Program is a nationally competitive grants program, funded through the EPA and administered by RAE. The program is designed to support projects that address urgent and challenging issues threatening the well-being of watersheds within our congressionally designated estuaries of national significance. Letters of Intent are due by February 10.

This special grant program offers funding to help local governments, non-profits, and businesses reduce the amount of wasted food being disposed in landfills.
