Removal of the supplemental Swamp (Sw) classification and removal of a portion of a water quality management plan from a portion of the Cape Fear River in Brunswick and New Hanover Counties (Cape Fear River Basin) has been proposed. A public hearing is going to be conducted to receive public comments on this proposal.
This public hearing is being held to accept comments on Readoption and Amendments to 15A NCAC 13B Rules .0501 - .0505, .0508 - .0510, .0562 - .0567, .0601, and .0602 for Solid Waste Management - Incinerators and Other Landfills that are not subject to .0531 - .0547 for C&D Landfills or Section .1600 for MSW Landfills, which have already been readopted.
