This permitted facility discharges filter backwash wastewater from a Greensand filter water treatment plant to an unnamed tributary to Middle Creek in the Neuse River Basin.  Currently, total residual chlorine is water quality limited.  This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the watershed.
