The proposed lease area will be marked at each corner as a Proposed Shellfish Water Column Lease with the lease number shown above. The public hearing is being held pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 113-202(f).
How to Attend and Comment
Attend or Speak in Person
Members of the public may attend at the Patsy H. Sadler Room of the Pamlico County Courthouse. Anyone wishing to provide comments in person must register to speak at the meeting location between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 5, 2026.
Attend or Speak via Webex
The hearing will also be available via Webex. The meeting link and call-in telephone information will be posted on this page when available.
Anyone wishing to provide comments via Webex must register to speak via Webex no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 4, 2026. People attending only to listen do not need to register to speak.
