The Natural Infrastructure Program Advisory Board assists the Division of Mitigation Services in science-based decisions concerning the development and implementation of a new flood storage capacity program. Members include representatives from academic institutions, environmental organizations, technical professional organizations, NC state government agencies and local government agencies, and have expertise in diverse fields including agriculture, land management and preservation, flood mitigation, banking and transportation.
