The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR) invites public comment on, or objections to, the stormwater permitting action listed below. Persons wishing to comment or object may submit written comments to the address below no later than May 16, 2018 for NCG050000, NCG070000, NCG110000, NCG130000; and no later than July 16, 2018 for NCG210000 and NCG010000. All comments received prior to these dates for the respective proposed general permits will be considered in the final determinations regarding permit issuance. All comments should reference the specific permit number. DEMLR intends to renew the following NPDES General Permit for the discharge of stormwater from the listed industry categories:

NCG050000 for Apparel, Printing, Leather, Rubber, and Miscellaneous Manufacturing, to be revised and re-issued with a proposed reissuance date 5/31/2018;
NCG070000 for Stone, Clay, Glass, and Concrete products, to be revised and re-issued with a proposed reissuance date 5/31/2018;
NCG110000 for Treatment Works, to be revised and re-issued with a proposed reissuance date 5/31/2018;
NCG130000 for Non-metal Waste and Scrap Recycling, to be revised and re-issued with a proposed reissuance date 5/31/2018;

NCG010000 for Construction Activities (draft available June 16, 2018), to be revised and re-issued with a proposed reissuance date 7/31/2018; and
NCG210000 for Lumber and Wood Products (draft available June 16, 2018), to be revised and re-issued with a proposed reissuance date 7/31/2018.
