The N.C. Department of Environmental Quality’s Division of Air Quality (DAQ) will hold a public hearing and is accepting public comment on a draft air quality permit for Sapphire Renewable Natural Gas.
The in-person public hearing is scheduled for 6 p.m. on June 27. Live Spanish interpretation will be available during the public hearing.
Public comments will be accepted from May 24 through June 30, 2023.
