The N.C Division of Coastal Management (DCM) announced the availability of funding through the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) under the CZM Habitat Protection and Restoration Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) Competition for habitat restoration and conservation projects.
