The N.C. Division of Marine Fisheries is accepting sworn written public comments on a proposed shellfish water column lease in Pamlico County. Comments may be submitted through this form up to 24 hours following the conclusion of the public hearing on Thursday, November 5, 2026.
The hearing will begin at 6 p.m. in the Patsy H. Sadler Room of the Pamlico County Courthouse, 202 Main St., Bayboro, NC 28515, and will also be accessible via Webex.
