Join the NCDEQ Hazardous Waste Section for our annual series of Hazardous Waste Generator Workshops, designed to help hazardous waste generator sites stay informed, compliant, and confident in meeting hazardous waste regulatory requirements. Each presentation is led by experienced Hazardous Waste Section Inspectors and offers practical guidance, updates, and real-world compliance strategies.

Workshop Schedule

Our in‑person workshops are held on the first four Thursdays in May at locations across North Carolina:
• Wilmington
• Raleigh
• Colfax
• Hickory

We also offer two additional opportunities later in the year:
• A virtual workshop on the last Thursday in October.
• An in‑person workshop in Concord on the first Thursday in November.
