Risk Rank: A numerical value determined during the Risk Rank Assessment process that considers a variety of site specific characteristics.

Source Abatement Code: “E” - The source presents an emergency condition that must be immediately abated. “A” - The UST System remains in operation and continues to discharge into the environment. “D” - The UST release has been abated, however, contaminated soil continues to release product or contaminants into the environment. “R” - The UST release has been abated and contaminated soil has been removed or remediated.
