Presentation will cover the 2016 nesting success of sea turtles and nesting shorebirds on Masonboro Island Reserve. It will be at the UNC Wilmington's Center for Marine Science Auditorium. The presentation will be 6-7:30 pm.

North Carolina Coastal Management Program Routine Program Change Notice of Approval



The North Carolina Coastal Management Program (NCCMP) submitted a proposed program change to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Office for Coastal Management (OCM) and issued a public notice of the submission on July 12, 2016 that described the nature of the program change.

The NC Department of Environmental Quality hereby gives public notice as required by NCGS 113A-119(b) that application for a development permit in an AEC as designated under the CAMA was received on 05/31/16.  David A Cooper proposes to construct a bulkhead, pier & platform at 2168 Mobjack Terrace in Corolla, Currituck County.
