Governor Roy Cooper announced today $164 million in loans and grants to help pay for 76 drinking water and wastewater projects statewide.
The Division of Water Infrastructure will hold the first of two listening sessions on Friday, March 4 to hear initial stakeholder input on the potential uses for the $82 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Stormwater Funding.

The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality’s administration plan for the approximately $1.6 billion in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) State Fiscal Recovery funds for drinking water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure is now available online.
The State Water Infrastructure Authority will meet Wednesday, Feb. 9 at 9:00 a.m., virtually, via WebEx. The public is invited to join the meeting online or by phone.
