The permit supplements discharge requirements in the co-permittees' existing NPDES permits. The subject discharges may affect future allocations in this river basin. PERMIT APPLICATION Duke Energy Progress, LLC, 526 South Church St., Charlotte, N.C., has applied for a Renewal of its NPDES wastewater permit (NC0005363) for Weatherspoon Steam Electric Plant, 491 Power Plant Rd., Lumberton, Robeson County. The facility discharges industrial wastewater, domestic wastewater, and stormwater to Lumber River in the Lumber River basin. Some parameters are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the Lumber River basin. The location of Outfall 001 is: Latitude: 34°34’58.97”; Longitude: 78°58’25.24”.
