The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality, Division Air Quality, is accepting comments for changes to the division’s 2020-2021 Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Network Plan. The proposed changes are required to be submitted to the U.S.

The Division of Air Quality is requesting public comment on a draft permit for the Align RNG, LLC facility in Duplin County. This facility applied for an Air Quality Synthetic Minor Operation Permit for a biogas processing facility. The comment period closes on June 16, 2020.
