Take exit 59
Turn right onto Patton Cove Road
Turn left (west) onto US 70
Building is about 1.5 miles, on the right (north side of the road)

From I-40 eastbound:
Take exit 55
Turn left onto Porter's Cove Road
Turn right (east) onto US 70
Building is about 2.5 miles, on left (north side of road), just past (and uphill from) ArtSpace Charter School and Davidson Homes with white trim.
