The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR) invites public comment on, or objections to, draft permits to be revised and re-issued. Persons wishing to comment on or object to the draft permit may submit comments to the contact person listed below during the public comment period. Current draft permits are listed below by permit type.

The following facility has applied for renewal of their NPDES permit to discharge stormwater from their location in Guilford County:

  • Chemol Company, Inc., 2300 Randolph Avenue, Greensboro, NC has requested renewal of permit NCS000048 for the Chemol facility in Guilford County. This facility discharges to an unnamed tributary to Mile Run Creek in the Cape Fear River Basin.
