The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR) invites public comment on, or objections to, the following NPDES Stormwater Individual Permit to be issued. The following facility has applied a new NPDES permit to discharge stormwater from their location in Mecklenburg County:

• Charlotte Pipe and Foundry Company,  PO Box 35430, Charlotte, NC  28235-35430 has requested renewal  of permit NCS000040 for the Charlotte Pipe and Foundry Company facility in Mecklenburg County. This facility discharges to an unnamed tributary to Irwin Creek in the Catawba River Basin.
