Annual Requirements
       ·     Septage Firm Permit: 4 hours of continuing education 
               N.C.G.S. 130A-291.3(a)
       ·     Septage Land Application Site Operators: 3 hours of 
               continuing education - N.C.G.S. 130A-291.3(b)
