DMS is working to advance the use of technology in project monitoring efforts. Utilizing a 360-degree camera, the project team can capture GPS-enabled high-quality video and photos that will help monitor sites effectively and with great efficiency.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Database

Utilizing the power of Microsoft Dynamics CRM online, DMS can manage all project, financial and customer data in one platform with improved accessibility. This new system increases efficiency and allows users to have full details of all project attributes. It is easy to use and offers features such as email notifications via Outlook and the ability to have mobile access anywhere.

DMS was awarded the North Carolina Innovation Award for Excellence in Project Management for the successful implementation and deployment of their CRM system.
